    General Site Visitors - When you browse the non-password protected portions of the site, we only collect information tied to your name when you engage in the following activities: request information via contact-us page, participate in a survey, interact with social media pages, apply for employment, internship, or other volunteer activities, subscribe to a newsletter or publication.

    Registered Customers and Suppliers - At the time you become a registered customer of Murdock Martin Consulting or you register as a supplier, we request that you provide us with certain personal information (including your or a business executive's name, address, phone number, and email address)

    Technical and Other Information

    If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices.  

    Who we share your data with

    We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our websites are used. 

    Microsoft: Microsoft Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used within the site.     Microsoft is constantly working to improve search results. Microsoft will use Search Queries to build, improve, and/or validate Microsoft’s machine learning models. By using search and chat features, you permit engineers and data scientists from Microsoft and from subprocessors identified on the Microsoft Online Services Subprocessor List to access and manually review your Search Queries.

    TomTom: Microsoft's Map and Address Services are powered by a third-party, TomTom™, and operate outside a specific geographic region, compliance boundary, or national cloud instance. The name of the customer or end user who enters a geographic query is not shared.  This feature is non-regional and geographic queries may be stored in the United States or any other country in which Microsoft or its subprocessors operate.     ​​​Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having your activeity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.     Suppliers: When we re-sell cloud services or software products, we share your information with our technology suppliers as necessary for order fulfillment. Information on our supplier privacy policies are listed below.

    What rights you have over your data

    If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
